Howard University, based in Washington, DC, administers the FAS International Agricultural Fellowship Program, working out of the Ralph J. Bunche International Affairs Center. With a commitment to enhancing the representation of diverse groups in the U.S. presence abroad, the university also administers a number of other prominent international affairs fellowship programs such as the Charles B.
